| How long can I have the bouncy castle for? |
| The Bouncy Castle is yours for the day. Bouncy Castles are delivered in the morning. Collections are then made in the evening, depending on how many bouncy castles we are picking up and what time you need it to. We try to be as flexible as possible and work around times that are convenient with you and your party. |
| Do I need to provide anything? |
| Only access to a power supply. Our driver will bring all necessary equipment with him. This will include the Bouncy Castle that you have hired, ground sheets, safety mats (were needed), extension leads and circuit breakers and the inflation fan. Our extension leads are 25m long, please tell us if the Bouncy Castle will be further away from an electricity supply than this. We can either provide a longer extension lead. |
| Can the bouncy castle be inflated indoors? |
| Yes, most of our Bouncy Castles can be inflated indoors, we will provide sandbags to weigh the Bouncy Castle down. You will need to check the ceiling height of the venue and just let us know. We also provide safety mats for indoor use and if the Bouncy Castle will be outdoors on a hard surface. |
| We can’t control the British weather. If it is absolutely pouring with rain on the day of your party, and you wish to cancel the booking, this is no problem. There will be no charge for cancellation. It doesn’t happen very often, but sometimes the weather just isn’t very cooperative! All Castles come with a showerproof cover. |
| Can adults go on the bouncy castle? |
| Our standard Bouncy Castles are suitable for children up to the age of 14-16, and will not withstand the weight of an adult. When adults bounce on children's Bouncy Castles, they put too much stress on the seams damaging the material and stitching. Their weight will make them sink too far into the bed of the Bouncy Castle so it will be difficult to bounce and not much fun anyway. Adult Bouncy Castles are built to withstand the weight of an adult, and use a much more powerful inflation fan making the Bouncy Castle bed firmer and more bouncy. |
| Yes, we have public liability insurance up to £5m. |
| Can I collect the bouncy castle and set it up myself? |
| No, sorry. Our public liability insurance would be invalidated. We will deliver the Bouncy Castle and set it all up for you. You don’t need to do anything other than have a great time at your party. We will then come and collect the Bouncy Castle at the time agreed with you. |
| I’ve been let down before by other bouncy castle companies, how are you different? |
| We take great pride in the top quality service we provide. Once your booking has been made, you can rest assured that your Bouncy Castle will arrive as requested. We will telephone you the week and day before your party to confirm the booking and check the booking details with you. Should you need to change any part of your booking at any time, please don’t hesitate to contact us. |
| What do I need to do on the day? |
| We will need clear access to the place you would like the Bouncy Castle situated. The Bouncy Castle will be wheeled to the location on a trolley. Please tell us at the time of booking if you have any narrow access ways, if there is lots of steps to the location and we will advise you from there. If your car will be parked on the driveway to your house, please make sure you have left enough room for our us to wheel the Bouncy Castle past. If our driver is in any doubt about the size of the gap, he will ask you to move your car rather than risk squeezing the trolley past the paintwork of your car! |
| Can we keep the bouncy castle overnight? |
| Yes, we do hire our Bouncy Castles overnight,certain criteria must be met. An extra charge will apply. If you have hired a child’s Bouncy Castle for overnight use, please do not allow adults to use the Bouncy Castle once the children have gone to bed! |
| Can I switch the fan off if the party has finished? |
| Yes, just switch off the power and unplug the extension lead from your socket. Please be aware that the Bouncy Castle will deflate very quickly, make sure that there is nobody on the Bouncy Castle when you switch it off. Please do not allow anybody to walk on the Bouncy Castle once it is deflated, this also causes damage to the Bouncy Castle.If you are finshed with the castle please ring and we can come and collect it. |
| How long does it take to set the bouncy castle up? |
| We usually allow 15-20 minutes to safely set up the Bouncy Castle. |
| My garden is on a slope, can I still have a bouncy castle? |
| Please advise us at the time of booking if your garden is unlevel, it may be necessary for one of our operatives to visit your garden prior to your party to tell you if it is suitable for Bouncy Castle hire. |
| Is there anything we need to do before delivery of castle? |
| It would be helpful if you could read our terms and conditions and advice for hirers on this website. This will give you time to organise your party. As we will be asking you to sign to say you have read and understood these on delivery. If the venue is outside please make sure it is clear of stones and debris sharp objects and dog dirt. |
| We live outside your free delivery area, can I still have a bouncy castle? |
| We do deliver to a reasonable distance outside our free delivery area, but a delivery charge of £5 may apply. |
